Directional planers

Postby cooledge » Thu Apr 14, 2011 9:31 am

Hey! I just received some tackle that will revolutionize my kayak trolling. The package contained four different size bullet bobbers that act like in-line mini-planers. They change direction by flipping over with a flick of the wrist, allowing you to actually steer around obstacles in the water! It also contained a Dualfin, which is a lightweight version of a traditional planer board, with an adjustable line release. It also changes direction. You can find them at bulletbobber.com I'll be back with a report on how well they work.

are you going to use them in both FW and SW locations? Might be good for lakers and salmon in the summer in NH/maine lakes

I'm going to use them everywhere! They come in different sizes for different lure weights. Hope to get out on Wed.
