Hit Pawtuckaway with Dad and Daughter on Sunday. Very slow fishing. First 2 casts 2 pickerel, then nothing until the end of the day when another gator mouth hit. Wind was pretty harsh for some newbie paddlers, so we tried to keep to the edges and out of the wind.

Very nice fish! I love catching northern pike, but pickerel can be fun too....just so small compared to pike.

I was out on Pawtuckaway that morning also....wind was horrible.....we hooked up with a few pickerel and bass....and lots of perch.

I left and fished Bellamy res. in madbury in the afternoon. Pickerel and bass were biting like crazy in the early afternoon but it died off after 5:00

Hey, I'll take slime on the boat any day over skunking. Seayaknh it was nice to meet another NEKF member. Sounds like you caught a few more than me. I'm glad I was sporting the skull and paddles.
