Ok i did a search on cameras and found some info but what i would like to see is what you have and with a sample shot. Dosnt need to be under water. The cam i want would have a delay, vid capable, and ofcourse mountable. I looked at the kodak easyshare sports and the price is good but would like to see a pic or two from it. Thanks for any help guys. If this has been done shoot me the link if u can get it.

Go to Amazon and buy the Stylus Tough 8010. You can find there there for about $160.00. These cameras were 350-400 a year ago. Olympus came out with a new model so the distributors are trying to get rid of old stock. 14Mp, HD vid, water proof, shock proof, freeze proof. I have had one for four years and they are solid. No issues at all.

I have the same camera as Gregg (Hammerhead) and I love it. It has no moving parts, so it is less likely to break down, at the same time has no optical zoom, which could be an issue if you take pics of surroundings. It also doesn't have a remote to take a picture of yourself from a holder, but it has a self timer (2 & 10 sec) and unlike most cameras you can set it for two pics in a row. So, if you don't get yourself ready for the first shot, you have one more shot opportunity without the need of touching the camera. That was usually enough for me. I bought it at Walmart for $69 with 3 yrs free replacement warranty for additional $17.99. I am tossing it around and so far works fine. Day pictures are very good, in post below you have some samples of pics at night and under water. Check my review of it in my post : viewtopic.php?f=19&t=15671

All good feedback but , with all due respect, do not waste your money on any "replacement plan" from Kodak... or any other company for that matter.

I usually don't buy extra warranty, but that replacement plan is from Walmart not from Kodak and I think now it is only available for 1 yr. They will replace it for free or give me money back if that model is no longer available. My daughter bought one too (great for beach, pool etc.) but it was draining batteries within a day. She got free replacement in the mail, after filling up few forms. The replacement works fine.
