Looks good! Happy Easter
Here's mine. Fresh ham brined for 48 hours, slow roasted for 10 hours with a brown sugar Coca-Cola glaze. Halfway through the cooking.
Going to a neighbors for Easter dinner tonight. Traditional Greek Easter Dinner. Don't know what is on the menu but I know its going to be great.
I hope there is ham but I bet its lamb.
