Definitions
The Advertiser is the party named in the Advertiser Contact Information listed above, and is placing and paying for the advertisement described in the agreement.
NEKF is a 501(c)(7) not-for-profit organization located at:

NEKF is an Internet publication owned and operated by New England Kayak Fishing, Inc. and found on the World Wide Web at http://www.newenglandkayakfishing.com Banner Advertisement is a graphic provided by the Advertiser with required dimensions of 460 pixels wide by 60 pixels tall and less than 100Kb file size for the header banner; or 120 pixels wide by 300 pixels tall and less than 100kb file size for the sidebar banner, displayed on the NEKF Web site and hyperlinked to a Universal Resource Locator (URL) stipulated by the Advertiser.
Banner: The Banner graphic must be in .jpg or .gif format and meet the size requirements already stated. Animation is acceptable. Advertiser agrees to provide NEKF with a Banner via e-mail attachment or the URL of an existing Banner on the Web. If Advertiser has no Banner prepared, NEKF can create one for an additional fee.
Start Date is the date on which the parties agree the Banner Advertisement will first appear on the NEKF Web site.
